It’s been a while since I’ve posted. In some ways, lots has happened, and in other ways, absolutely nothing has happened. To update on my current status, I am working full time from home, and struggling to manage my mental health. Continue reading “Lockdown on my Mental Health”

Reflections on Return
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. It’s been a while since I’ve written anything that isn’t related to my thesis. It’s also been a while since I’ve felt able to write.
Wellbeing Update: Challenge 1, Week 1

Talking ‘Bout A Revolution: Mná, Loachra Go Léir
There’s a saying in Ireland: Ní saoirse gan saoirse na mban. It means ‘there is no freedom without the freedom of women’. Why I Vanished for a Bit, or The Tale of How Real Life Swallowed me Whole
Hello there! My utmost apologies for the radio silence. All will be explained (sort of) below. Today’s post is a *serious post*. I apologise in advance if that’s not up your street, but mental health sometimes requires me to put my ‘serious Sarah’ hat on. Regular progamming will resume shortly. Cheers in advance for hanging on with me! Continue reading “Why I Vanished for a Bit, or The Tale of How Real Life Swallowed me Whole”
My Mental Health Everyday
Lads, I know the internet is FLOODED with Mental Health Day and Mental Health Week stuff. And the mantra ‘its ok to be not okay and it’s ok to ask for help’ has fused with public consciousness over the past while. And that’s all amazing. But I wanted to take a different tack with ye tonight. Continue reading “My Mental Health Everyday”
